Something to Carry With You
I've been thinking about all of the conversations we shared. The cases we slowed down together. The moments we paused and looked at from a different angle. The places where, all of a sudden, something clicked.
I honestly loved every minute of it.
There is something so meaningful about sitting in a room with therapists who care this deeply—therapists who are willing to stay with the uncertainty long enough for a different way of seeing to emerge.
As I'm writing this, I'm putting the finishing touches on our evening meal. There's a beautiful bouquet on the table. The house smells like fresh bread.
And I kept thinking...about YOU.
I've been thinking "I really want to make sure they have this"
So I put together the attached Movement Vocabulary Guide. It's attached below!
Not to replace your notes. Not because another PDF changes anyone.
But because I know what happens after a workshop. Life fills back up. Clients return.
The pace of practice takes over. And sometimes we just need something that gently brings us back to the lens we were beginning to develop.
My hope is that you'll come back to it often. Before a session. After a session.
Or while you're reflecting on a client who won't leave your mind. Because every time you return to it, I think you'll see something new.
Not because the guide changed. Because you did.
The longer I do this work, the more I believe it changes far more than our clinical work.
Yes, it helps us become better therapists.
But it also changes the way we move through our own lives.
The way we listen.
The way we lead.
The way we relate.
The way we understand ourselves.
That's why I created Trauma Mastery.
I wanted a place where we could stay with this work long enough for it to stop feeling like information... and start becoming the way we naturally see.
Beginning in September, we'll be immersing ourselves in the Movement Vocabulary together.
If something in this week's conversations left you wanting to keep going, I'd love to invite you to learn more.

Wishing you a beautiful weekend.
