How quickly will I make my investment back?
That depends on how you implement. Some participants begin generating income during or shortly after. What I focus on is helping you build something sustainable. Your input will define your output. This is a clear and structured foundation to a program that, when followed, will guide you to impact and income for the long term.

How much time does this take weekly?
A few focused hours per week. For best results I suggest 1-3 hours a week.

What happens after the 3 months? Will I still have support?

You’ll have lifetime access to the Business Lab curriculum, meaning you can revisit the training whenever needed. If you want continued 1:1 or group support, we offer options for extended coaching and mentorship.

My Credentials?

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, trauma therapist, group practice owner, and clinical director with 15+ years of experience in mental health. My focus has always been on helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and relational wounds, using an integrative approach that combines body-based work, attachment-informed care, and depth psychology. Over the past few years, I’ve expanded my work to support therapists who are ready to grow beyond the therapy room—guiding them in creating their own workshops, trainings, and scalable programs that align with their values and clinical expertise.
