The Trauma Mastery Program
Getting the most out of your six months.
Three elements, and a call rhythm designed so you receive all of them.
Identity and leadership
The self of the therapist. Purpose, capacity, energetic and clinical boundaries, and what it means to lead a session rather than follow it.
Clinical outcomes
Are you on the right treatment target? Assessment, conceptualisation, sequencing, and a treatment map both you and your client can see.
Advanced clinical topics
Dissociation, shame, shock and betrayal trauma, protective parts, attachment, somatic patterns. Taught experientially, and taken deeper from the masterclass material.
How the calls are held.
Every call belongs to one of the three elements, and every element gets both halves of the work. We teach the concept in one call, and we apply it to your live cases in the next. Case consultation is never squeezed onto the end of a teaching hour. It has its own ninety minutes.
Each week you'll receive a note telling you which element we're covering and what the focus is, so you can arrive with the case that fits it.
Every element gets both. Identity and leadership, clinical outcomes, advanced clinical topics. Each one is taught, and each one is worked live on your own cases. Nothing stays theoretical.
Why it's split this way. Teaching without application stays conceptual. Consultation without teaching stays case by case. Alternating them means the concept you learn on one Tuesday is the lens you bring to a live case on the next.
