somatic-skills-for-therapists

Think about a time in your life when you were sharing something vulnerable, something that actually mattered to you..

And the person you were talking to just looked at you with a blank stare.

They heard the words. They might have even nodded. But you felt completely alone in that moment.

Now think about the time you spoke to someone and felt... instantly... "gotten."

They didn't have to say much.

Maybe nothing at all.

You just felt them land with you. Your whole nervous system exhaled.

That's the difference, right?

In therapy, that "gotten" feeling is the difference between a real breakthrough and just... a billable hour.

Most of us were trained to offer "understanding." We reflect back, we summarize, we use the language we learned in grad school.

And that's valuable. It is.

But if your client is a Sensitive/Withdrawn type, they're not really listening to your words... they're tracking your energy.

They're scanning to see if you're safe enough to actually land with.

If they sense you're treating them like a "diagnosis" instead of a human being with a brilliant survival strategy... they'll give you that same blank stare. They'll stay protected. And nothing will shift.

In this class, I'm showing you how to bridge that gap.

I'm teaching you how to read the body so accurately that your clients stop feeling "observed"... and start feeling gotten.

Here's what it looks like:
